Soarhaven is an enterprise sales infrastructure consultancy. We provide systematic relationship and positioning frameworks that help agencies transform from serving local clients to consistently landing Fortune 500 contracts. Our services include consultation calls, strategic implementation, ongoing guidance, and enterprise client acquisition systems.

User Responsibilities
You agree to use our website and services only for lawful business purposes. You must not use our website to transmit any harmful, illegal, or fraudulent content. As a professional service, we expect all interactions to maintain business standards and professional conduct.

Service Engagement and Consultation Bookings
You agree to provide accurate and truthful business information when booking consultation calls or engaging our services. Spam bookings, which include booking calls with false information, without genuine business interest, or misrepresenting your agency's status, are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings that we suspect to be spam, fraudulent, or not aligned with our target client profile, and to take appropriate action against users who engage in such activities.

Payment Terms and Service Commitment
Our enterprise sales infrastructure services require a minimum 6-month commitment with monthly payments as specified in individual service agreements. Payment terms are Net 4 days from invoice date. Services will be paused automatically on day 5 until payment clears. Late payments incur a 2% monthly penalty calculated pro-rata from the due date. All fees are non-refundable due to the customized and strategic nature of our consulting services.

Intellectual Property
All content on the Soarhaven website and within our service delivery, including but not limited to methodologies, frameworks, strategies, systems, text, graphics, logos, and proprietary business processes, is the exclusive property of Soarhaven and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or share any of our proprietary methodologies or content without our express written permission. This includes but is not limited to our enterprise relationship strategies, positioning frameworks, and systematic approaches.

Client Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client business information, strategies, and implementation details. Clients agree to maintain confidentiality regarding our proprietary methodologies and not to share, reproduce, or implement our systems with third parties or other agencies.

Limitation of Liability
While we provide systematic frameworks and proven methodologies, business results depend on multiple factors including market conditions, implementation quality, and external variables beyond our control. Soarhaven is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, client acquisitions, or business results, though our methodologies are designed to systematically improve enterprise client acquisition capabilities.

Service Performance and Results
Our services are designed to build enterprise sales infrastructure and positioning over time. Results typically manifest over 3-6 months as authority and systems are established. We provide methodologies, guidance, and strategic implementation, but ultimate business results depend on client execution and market factors.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate service agreements if clients violate these Terms of Service, fail to meet payment obligations, or engage in conduct that we deem inappropriate, unprofessional, or harmful to our business reputation. Clients may terminate services with 30 days written notice, but all payments for the minimum commitment period remain due and non-refundable.

Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of India.​

Changes to Terms of Service
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our business operations, legal requirements, or service offerings. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
